I am a first time blogger. I want to create something for women and moms like me, with a busy life and what want to balance a fit life, healthy eating and a busy life. I have to think of all my accomplishments and stop thinking of how far I still need to go. I hope you can relate to me. I'll be posting some healthy recipes for paleo eaters and primal eaters and how to integrate this into your busy life!
